- CONDITION OF RENEWAL. 3.01 This Agreement shall be effective the date of signing and shall continue to remain in effect until April 30, 2026. Should either Party desire to change, amend or terminate this Agreement after that date, the Party concerned agrees to give the other Party not less than 60 days' notice in writing prior to the termination of this Agreement. In the event that no such notice is given in time by either Party, this Agreement shall remain in force from year to year. 3.02 Where notice of a desire to change, amend or terminate this Agreement is given under Clause 3.01, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until such time as an Agreement has been reached with respect to a renewal, amendment or substitution thereof, provided that this Agreement may be further extended from time to time by mutual consent.

Should either Party party desire to change, amend amend, or terminate this Agreement after that date, the Party concerned agrees to give the other Party not less than 60 days' Sixty (60) days notice in writing prior to the termination of this Agreement. In the event that no such notice is given in time by either Party, this Agreement shall remain in force from year to year. 3.02 . Where notice has been given of a desire to change, amend or terminate this Agreement is given under Clause 3.01Article 3, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until such time as an Agreement has been reached with respect to a renewal, amendment or substitution thereofthereof or until such time as the parties are authorized to desire a strike or lockout under the Industrial Relations Act, Province of New Brunswick, provided that this Agreement may be further extended from time to time by mutual consent.
