Condition of Room and Damage to USU Property. Student shall maintain the Room in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition throughout the Term. Student shall not make any repairs or alterations to the Room, its furnishings or fixtures, without the prior written consent of HRL. Student shall promptly report any damage to the Room or common areas to HRL.
