Common use of Condition of Site Clause in Contracts

Condition of Site. Contractor/Supplier acknowledges by the execution of this Contract that it has investigated and inspected the Site regarding its suitability for the performance or furnishing of the Work/Materials, and accepts the same “AS IS” “WHERE IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS,” without any representation or warranty by the University with respect thereto.
