Replace air conditioning filters regularly (every 6 to 8 weeks) • Promptly notify us in writing about any signs of water leaks, water infiltration or mold. CONDITION OF THE PREMISES AND ALTERATIONS. You accept the apartment, fixtures, and furniture as is, except for conditions materially affecting the health or safety of ordinary persons.
