Tenant has examined the Site and accepts the Site in its current condition “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.” except as expressly set forth herein, landlord makes no representation OR warranty, express or implied, or arising by operation of law, including but not limited to, any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, habitability, SUITABILITY, or condition. tenant acknowledges that Tenant has not relied on any representations or warranties by Landlord in entering this Agreement.
