CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS ON. CONSENT OF EACH PARTY 1. No claim may be submitted to arbitration under this Section if more than three years have elapsed from the date on which the claimant first acquired, or should have first acquired, knowledge of the breach alleged under Article 8.24(1) and knowledge that the claimant (for claims brought under Article 8.24(1)(a)) or the enterprise (for claims brought under Article 8.24(1)(b)) has incurred loss or damage.
