Conditions Associated With Customer Launch Schedule Adjustments. (A) The scheduling of a new Launch Date pursuant to a Customer request under Sections 6.1.1 or 6.1.2 shall be subject to: (i) available Launch Opportunities; and (ii) Customer providing justification or evidence for the underlying event/cause resulting in its postponement request in a form reasonably acceptable to Contractor.
