CONDITIONS AUTHORIZING COUNTY’S RIGHT TO COLLECT AND TRANSPORT. If Contractor, for any reason, fails, refuses or is unable to collect solid waste and/or targeted recyclable materials at the times and in the manner required by this agreement, and transport them to a solid waste or recycling facility, for more than five (5) Business Days, County, at its sole discretion, may invoke any of the provisions of Section 15.06.
