Conditions for each utilisation. Each Application must be accompanied by (a) the form of the proposed Payment Instrument (b) evidence that the Application has been signed and/or delivered to the Bank on behalf of the Company and (c) any other document, information or evidence that the Bank may require acting reasonably. Each Payment Instrument must be in a form and substance satisfactory to the Bank and in an Approved Currency. No Payment Instrument will be issued after the Issuance Cut-Off Date and no Payment Instrument will be issued with an expiry date after the Facility Expiry Date.
