Conditions for Reinstatement. 26.10 Where vacancies occur in the bargaining unit while there are names of Employees on the Reinstatement List, written notice of such vacancies shall be sent by regular mail to the current address of each Employee as provided by that Employee. If the Employee fails to notify the College of that Employee’s current address including any change in address, written notices in accordance with this clause shall be deemed to have been received by that Employee.
