Minimum Condition and Warranty Requirements for TIPS Sales All goods quoted or sold through a TIPS Sale shall be new unless clearly stated otherwise in writing. All new goods and services shall include the applicable manufacturers minimum standard warranty unless otherwise agreed to in the Supplemental Agreement.
Accuracy of Representations and Warranties The representations and warranties of Purchaser contained in this Agreement shall have been true in all material respects on the date hereof and shall be true in all material respects on and as of the Closing Date with the same force and effect as though made on and as of the Closing Date.
Contractor Representations and Warranties Contractor makes each of the following representations and warranties as of the effective date of this Master Contract and at the time any order is placed pursuant to this Master Contract. Forecasting Requirements for Trunk Provisioning Within ninety (90) days of executing this Agreement, Reconex shall provide Verizon a two (2) year traffic forecast. This initial forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Verizon over each of the Local Interconnection Trunk groups over the next eight (8) quarters. The forecast shall be updated and provided to Verizon on an as-needed basis but no less frequently than semiannually. All forecasts shall comply with the Verizon CLEC Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide and shall include, at a minimum, Access Carrier Terminal Location (“ACTL”), traffic type (Local Traffic/Toll Traffic, Operator Services, 911, etc.), code (identifies trunk group), A location/Z location (CLLI codes for Reconex-IPs and Verizon-IPs), interface type (e.g., DS1), and trunks in service each year (cumulative).
Truth of Representations and Warranties The representations and warranties made by the Purchaser in this Agreement or given on its behalf hereunder shall be substantially accurate in all material respects on and as of the Closing Date with the same effect as though such representations and warranties had been made or given on and as of the Closing Date.

WARRANTY/QUALITY Unless a longer warranty is called for elsewhere in the Contract, Contractor, manufacturer, or their assigned agents shall guarantee the workmanship, product or Services performed against defective workmanship, defects or failures of materials for a minimum period of one (1) year from District’s written approval of the Work. All workmanship and merchandise must be warranted to be in compliance with applicable California energy, conservation, environmental, and educational standards.
