Vendor warrants its products exclusively pursuant to the terms and conditions of Vendor’s applicable standard, limited product warranty (“Limited Product Warranty”). Vendor warrants that its services will be provided in a good and workmanlike manner, in accordance with generally recognized professional and industrial customs and practices (“Limited Services Warranty”). Other than the Limited Product Warranty and Limited Services Warranty, Vendor provides no warranties of any kind, express or implied (including without limitation merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) respecting any services, products, materials, or equipment provided by Vendor.
