CONDITIONS NOT SPECIFICALLY COVERED. In the event operating conditions or service requirements arise due to length of voyage or other reasons not specifically covered by Agreement, the parties agree to confer immediately for the purpose of arriving at a mutually satisfactory supplemental covering such operations.
