SUPERSEDING EFFECT OF THIS AGREEMENT. If there is any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and any personnel memoranda or personnel rules, the terms of this Agreement shall supersede those memoranda or rules in their application to the bargaining unit.
SUPERSEDING EFFECT OF THIS AGREEMENT. 32.1 Superseding Effect of this Agreement If there is conflict between the terms of this Agreement and any Personnel Memoranda or rules of the merit system, the terms of this Agreement shall supersede those memoranda or rules in their application to the Bargaining Unit.
SUPERSEDING EFFECT OF THIS AGREEMENT. If there is any conflict between the terms of this Agreement, the Personnel Rules, Alaska Administrative Manual, DOT/PF Policies and Procedures Manual, SOPs, or DOT/PF directives, the terms of this Agreement shall be controlling. The Association shall be copied with any changes to the DOT/PF Policies and Procedures Manual within five (5) business days of implementation. All information provided by the Employer under this Article shall be used only for purposes related to the Association’s role as the exclusive bargaining representative and the Association shall be responsible for its protection and security.
SUPERSEDING EFFECT OF THIS AGREEMENT. If there is any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and any personnel rules or policies and procedures, the terms of this Agreement shall supersede those rules or policies and procedures in their application to the Association members.
SUPERSEDING EFFECT OF THIS AGREEMENT. If there is any direct conflict between the terms of this Agreement, City Personnel Rules, memoranda, SOP’s, OPM’s, or other directives, the terms of this Agreement shall, in all cases, be controlling. Except if there is a conflict between this Agreement and Chapter 2.30 of the Soldotna Municipal Code governing labor relations the provisions of that Chapter will control.
SUPERSEDING EFFECT OF THIS AGREEMENT. To the extent they are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, the "City of Xxxxxxxxxx - Personnel Regulations - Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual," SOP's, OPM's, or other directives shall apply to all employees covered by this Agreement.
SUPERSEDING EFFECT OF THIS AGREEMENT. The Buyer and Seller hereby agree that this Agreement supersedes all prior agreements of the parties. To the extent that any conflict exists between the Letter of Intent and this Agreement, the language of this Agreement shall prevail.
