Conditions of Initial Disbursement. The obligation of IFC to make the initial Disbursement of the IFC Loans or the initial subscription and disbursement under the IFC Subscription shall be subject to the fulfillment, in a manner satisfactory to IFC, prior to or concurrently with the making of such initial Disbursement or subscription and disbursement of the IFC Subscription, of the conditions set forth in Section 3.1 of the General Conditions.
