Conditions of Issue. The Conditions and provisions contained in the Schedules shall have effect in the same manner as if such Conditions and provisions were set out herein. The Notes shall be held subject to and with the benefit of the Conditions and of the provisions in the Schedules, all of which shall be binding on the Company and the Noteholders and all persons claiming through them respectively.
