Conditions on Settlement and Grant of Rights to Patents. To the extent that any suit as handled under Article 7.1 involves a settlement, consent judgment, or voluntary final disposition involving: (i) the granting of rights to the Patents to a Third Party, (ii) the invalidity or enforcement of the Patents, or (iii) any stipulated interpretation of the Patents, no such settlement, consent judgment, or voluntary final disposition may be entered into without the written consent of DUKE.
