Conditions Precedent to be Satisfied by Lessor. Xxxxxx’s obligations to accept the Aircraft from Lessor on the terms and conditions set forth herein is subject to the satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent set out in this Clause 3 to this Schedule 3 (the “Lessor Conditions Precedent”).
