Conditions precedent to each Release Date. Each Advance (including the first Advance) shall be released to the relevant Shipyard (or, in the case of Ship 1 and Ship 2, the Borrower) under this Agreement only if the Administrative Agent, or its duly authorized representative, has received on the Release Date all of the documents and evidence listed in Part 3 of Schedule 3 (Conditions precedent) in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
