Ship 1 definition

Ship 1 means the ship described as such in Schedule 2 (Ship information).
Ship 1 means the first Ship described in Schedule 2 (Ship information), named m.v. “Maersk Humber” at the date of this Agreement.
Ship 1 means the 80,000 dwt Bulk Carrier with builder’s hull no. N213 which is the subject of the relevant Shipbuilding Contract;
