Common use of Conditions Precedent to First Disbursement Clause in Contracts

Conditions Precedent to First Disbursement. The first disbursement of the resources of the Contribution shall be subject to the fulfillment, to the satisfaction of the Bank: (a) of the conditions precedent stipulated in Article 2 of the General Conditions; and (b) of the requirement that the Beneficiary or the Executing Agency has presented evidence that there is an effective financial reporting system and internal control structure as referred to in Article 12 of the General Conditions.
