Conditions Precedent to Specific Transfers and Grants. (a) Provided that AES proceeds with this Agreement as contemplated by Section 10.4 and does not exercise its rights under Section 7.2(b), those grants and conveyances set forth in Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7.2(a) shall occur at the Section 10.4 Closing or at such other time following the date hereof as contemplated herein, and the activities contemplated by Sections 8, 9 and 10 shall commence as provided for therein.
