Conditions Precedent to the Initial Advance With Respect to a Unit. Owner's obligation to make the Initial Advance with respect to a Unit shall be subject both to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 4 and to the receipt by Owner and any Assignee of the documents set forth in this Section 4, in each case in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Owner and any Assignee. Owner and any Assignee shall have at least five (5) Business Days to review the Acquisition Certificate and its attachments prior to making any Initial Advance. The following are the documents to be received by Owner and the conditions to be satisfied:
