Memorandum of Lease Agreement Sample Clauses

Memorandum of Lease Agreement. Except with respect to the Ammonia Project, two original counterparts of a memorandum of lease agreement in the appropriate form for recording in the jurisdiction in which the Unit Premises is located, executed by Agent, as lessee, and otherwise reasonably acceptable to Owner and Assignee.

Memorandum of Lease Agreement. The parties hereto contemplate that this Lease Agreement should not and shall not be filed for record, but in lieu thereof, at the request of either party, Landlord and Tenant shall execute a Memorandum of Lease Agreement to be so filed.

Memorandum of Lease Agreement. Promptly upon execution of this Lease, the Parties shall execute a Memorandum of Lease Agreement (“Memorandum”), in a form and content substantially similar to that contained in Exhibit B of this Lease. The Memorandum shall be filed with the San Diego County Recorder’s Office and recorded in the Official Records of San Diego County, as required by Government Code section 37393. Lessee shall pay for all recording costs and fees as determined by the San Diego County Recorder’s Office.

Memorandum of Lease Agreement. This Lease Agreement shall not be filed in any public office or records. Landlord and Tenant shall, upon request by the other, execute and deliver a memorandum of lease or similar instrument reflecting such of the terms of this Lease Agreement as may be acceptable to the parties, which instrument shall be in a form recordable under the laws, regulations and customs of the State of Ohio and its political subdivisions, and which instrument shall be recorded in appropriate public offices.

Memorandum of Lease Agreement. Two original counterparts of a memorandum of lease agreement in the appropriate form for recording in the jurisdiction in which the Unit Premises are located, executed by Agent, as lessees, and otherwise reasonably acceptable to Owner and Assignee.

Memorandum of Lease Agreement. A Memorandum of Lease Agreement, in a form and content similar to that contained in Exhibit “E” shall be recorded by the parties promptly upon execution of this Agreement. Upon execution by both parties, the Memorandum of Lease Agreement shall be recorded against the Premises in the office of the Orange County Clerk-Recorder, as required by Government Code Section 37393.

Memorandum of Lease Agreement. Neither the Lease Agreement nor a short form or memorandum thereof shall be recorded in the public records.

Memorandum of Lease Agreement. Lessor acknowledges that a Memorandum of Lease Agreement substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit C will be recorded by Xxxxxx in the Official Records of the County where the Property is located.

Memorandum of Lease Agreement. Due to the length of this Lease, a duplicate original copy hereof will not be recorded in the appropriate records of Xxxxxx County, Alabama, but instead Landlord or Tenant is authorized to execute, record and/or file a memorandum of Lease Agreement which may by reference incorporate all of the terms hereof.

Memorandum of Lease Agreement. Concurrently with the execution of this Lease, at the election of Tenant or at such later time as Tenant may request. Landlord shall execute and deliver to Tenant, for recording in the Real Property Records of Monmouth County, New Jersey, a Memorandum of this Lease in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "L." If such Memorandum is recorded pursuant to the foregoing provisions, and if for any reason Tenant's rights and obligations under this Lease are terminated, then Tenant shall execute such documents (including recordable documents) as may be reasonably requested by Landlord for purposes of establishing that this Lease is no longer of any force or effect.
