Memorandum of Lease Agreement. A Memorandum of Lease Agreement, in a form and content similar to that contained in Exhibit “E” shall be recorded by the parties promptly upon execution of this Agreement. Upon execution by both parties, the Memorandum of Lease Agreement shall be recorded against the Premises in the office of the Orange County Clerk-Recorder, as required by Government Code Section 37393.
Memorandum of Lease Agreement. Except with respect to the Ammonia Project, two original counterparts of a memorandum of lease agreement in the appropriate form for recording in the jurisdiction in which the Unit Premises is located, executed by Agent, as lessee, and otherwise reasonably acceptable to Owner and Assignee.
Memorandum of Lease Agreement. This Lease Agreement shall not be filed in any public office or records. Landlord and Tenant shall, upon request by the other, execute and deliver a memorandum of lease or similar instrument reflecting such of the terms of this Lease Agreement as may be acceptable to the parties, which instrument shall be in a form recordable under the laws, regulations and customs of the State of Ohio and its political subdivisions, and which instrument shall be recorded in appropriate public offices.
Memorandum of Lease Agreement. Two original counterparts of a memorandum of lease agreement in the appropriate form for recording in the jurisdiction in which the Unit Premises are located, executed by Agent, as lessees, and otherwise reasonably acceptable to Owner and Assignee.
Memorandum of Lease Agreement. The parties hereto contemplate that this Lease Agreement should not and shall not be filed for record, but in lieu thereof, at the request of either party, Landlord and Tenant shall execute a Memorandum of Lease Agreement to be so filed.
Memorandum of Lease Agreement. Promptly upon execution of this Lease, the Parties shall execute a Memorandum of Lease Agreement (“Memorandum”), in a form and content substantially similar to that contained in Exhibit B of this Lease. The Memorandum shall be filed with the San Diego County Recorder’s Office and recorded in the Official Records of San Diego County, as required by Government Code section 37393. Lessee shall pay for all recording costs and fees as determined by the San Diego County Recorder’s Office.
Memorandum of Lease Agreement. Lessor acknowledges that a Memorandum of Lease Agreement substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit C will be recorded by Lessee in the Official Records of the County where the Property is located.
Memorandum of Lease Agreement. Landlord and System Owner shall mutually agree to either (i) record this Lease and execute same in a recordable form or (ii) record a memorandum of this Agreement, and System Owner shall be responsible for the recording costs related thereto. The parties shall, to the extent required by law and practice, properly register this Lease Agreement with the relevant Land Registry Office, and any other relevant government office that may serve as a place for registering or recoding leases, within 60 days from the date that this Lease Agreement is executed. Landlord hereby consents to the recordation of the interest of an Assignee in the Site.
Memorandum of Lease Agreement. A. The parties hereto contemplate that this Agreement should not and shall not be filed for record, but in lieu thereof, at the request of either party, Lessor and Lessee shall execute a Memorandum of Agreement to be recorded for the purpose of giving record notice of the appropriate provisions of this Lease Agreement.
Memorandum of Lease Agreement. Attached hereto at Tab 2 are two original counterparts of a memorandum of Lease in the appropriate form for recording in the jurisdiction in which the Premises are located, executed by Agent, as lessee, and otherwise reasonably acceptable to Owner and Assignee.
