Memorandum of Lease Agreement. Except with respect to the Ammonia Project, two original counterparts of a memorandum of lease agreement in the appropriate form for recording in the jurisdiction in which the Unit Premises is located, executed by Agent, as lessee, and otherwise reasonably acceptable to Owner and Assignee.
Memorandum of Lease Agreement. The parties hereto contemplate that this Lease Agreement should not and shall not be filed for record, but in lieu thereof, at the request of either party, Landlord and Tenant shall execute a Memorandum of Lease Agreement to be so filed.
Memorandum of Lease Agreement. Promptly upon execution of this Lease, the Parties shall execute a Memorandum of Lease Agreement (“Memorandum”), in a form and content substantially similar to that contained in Exhibit B of this Lease. The Memorandum shall be filed with the San Diego County Recorder’s Office and recorded in the Official Records of San Diego County, as required by Government Code section 37393. Lessee shall pay for all recording costs and fees as determined by the San Diego County Recorder’s Office.
Memorandum of Lease Agreement. This Lease Agreement shall not be filed in any public office or records. Landlord and Tenant shall, upon request by the other, execute and deliver a memorandum of lease or similar instrument reflecting such of the terms of this Lease Agreement as may be acceptable to the parties, which instrument shall be in a form recordable under the laws, regulations and customs of the State of Ohio and its political subdivisions, and which instrument shall be recorded in appropriate public offices.
Memorandum of Lease Agreement. Two original counterparts of a memorandum of lease agreement in the appropriate form for recording in the jurisdiction in which the Unit Premises are located, executed by Agent, as lessees, and otherwise reasonably acceptable to Owner and Assignee.
Memorandum of Lease Agreement. A Memorandum of Lease Agreement, in a form and content similar to that contained in Exhibit “GF” shall be recorded by the parties promptly upon execution of this Agreement. Upon execution by both parties, the Memorandum of Lease Agreement shall be recorded in the office of the Orange County Clerk-Recorder, as required by Government Code Section 37393.
Memorandum of Lease Agreement. The County and the Tenant agree to execute a short form memorandum of this Lease upon execution and delivery hereof for recording with the Clerk of Court of Dorchester County, South Carolina.
Memorandum of Lease Agreement. Landowner and Xxxxxx shall execute in recordable form, and Xxxxxx shall then record, a memorandum of this Agreement satisfactory in form and substance to Landowner and Lessee. If a party requests to record the Agreement with the Country Recorder, the requesting party shall pay all costs of recording such memorandum. Landowner hereby consents to the recordation of the interest of an Assignee in the Property.
Memorandum of Lease Agreement. This is a Memorandum of Lease Agreement, dated as of the day of , 201[ ] (the “Lease”), made by and between the CITY OF VERO BEACH, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida (“Landlord”) and FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida (“Tenant”).
Memorandum of Lease Agreement. XXXXXX acknowledges and gives LESSEE the right to file and record a Memorandum of Lease Agreement in the form attached as Exhibit “C” in the County office were the Property is located. LESSOR may also file and record such Memorandum of Lease Agreement. No other form of Memorandum may be filed or recorded. Should the Property be encumbered by any mortgage or deed of trust, XXXXXX agrees to assist LESSEE in obtaining a non-disturbance and attornment document.
