CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO THE MAKING OF AN. ADVANCE OR TRANCHE Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, none of the Banks shall be obliged to make its participation in an Advance or Tranche or any part of either thereof and no Utilisation Request may be made by a Borrower unless the following further conditions are satisfied at the same time as the giving of a Utilisation Request hereunder:
