Conditions Preceding. The fulfillment of the terms and conditions of this Policy (including the realization of premium by their respective due dates) in so far as they relate to anything to be done or complied with by You or the Insured Person or any person acting on their behalf, including complying with the following steps, shall be the Condition Precedent to the admissibility of a claim. Completed claim forms and the necessary processing documents must be furnished to Us within the stipulated timelines for all claims. Failure to furnish this documentation within the time set out hereunder shall not invalidate nor reduce any claim if the claimant can satisfy Us that it was not reasonably possible for the claimant to submit the required forms/ documents within such time. The timely notification, submission of the necessary documents and compliance with requirements as provided under this Section, shall be essential failing which We shall not be bound to accept or make payment of a claim under this Policy.
