CONDITIONS TO CLOSING - INSPECTION PERIOD. The Buyer's obligation to close the purchase of the Subject Property is expressly contingent upon and subject to the satisfaction of each of the conditions set forth in Sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 and 6.5, below (hereafter "Buyer's Conditions"), within sixty (60) days after the delivery by the Seller to the Buyer of the Property Data pursuant to Section 7, below (hereafter "Inspection Period"), or such other period of time as may be specified and agreed upon in writing by both parties. The Buyer's Conditions are for the benefit of the Buyer and may be waived, in whole or in part, only by the Buyer. Any waiver of a Buyer's Condition must be in a writing signed by the Buyer.
