Condition to Seller's Obligation to Close. The Seller's obligation to close the sale of the Subject Property is expressly contingent upon the approval by the Board of Directors of the Seller of the sale of the Subject Property by the Seller to the Buyer and the terms of this Agreement within fifteen (15) days after the Effective Date of this Agreement. By the close of business on the first (1st) business day following the expiration of the Inspection Period, the Buyer shall deliver a written notice to the Seller and the Closing Agent of the Buyer's satisfaction or waiver of the Buyer's Conditions and the Buyer's right to elect to terminate this Agreement shall be of no further force or effect.
