Common use of Conditions to Commencement Not Satisfied Clause in Contracts

Conditions to Commencement Not Satisfied. If for any reason all of the Conditions to Commencement have not been fully satisfied (or waived in writing by City, Club or BSD, as applicable) by October 1, 2014, as the same may be extended by written agreement of the Representatives of the Parties, then Club, City or BSD may, by written notice to the other Parties, elect to terminate this Agreement.
