Common use of Conditions to Financial Assistance and its Disbursement Clause in Contracts

Conditions to Financial Assistance and its Disbursement. The Recipient must comply with the following before receiving funds: A. Recipient certifies that the Local Subdivision Contribution necessary for the completion of the Project is available or expected to be available through the construction of the Project and must demonstrate its compliance with the provisions of Ohio Revised Code Chapter 164 and Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 164-1. B. Recipient shall execute all other documents and certificates as deemed necessary by the Director, on the date hereof or at any time hereafter in connection with the financial assistance and disbursement of moneys pursuant to this Agreement, including any amendments to this Agreement.
