Conditions to Secured Collateral Pool. No Hotel Property may henceforth be included in the Secured Collateral Pool until the Agent has received, with respect to each such Hotel Property, each of the following documents or information, which documents and information shall in all respects be acceptable in form and substance to the Agent and the Lenders and their counsel:
