Conditions Upon Return From Leave. Upon the employee's return from extended leave, the following conditions shall apply: A. The employee will be placed in the same or equivalent position he/she held immediately prior to the commencement of extended leave; B. The employee shall retain all unused sick leave which was accumulated immediately prior to the commencement of the extended leave; and, C. The employee shall retain all of the accumulated seniority rights and accumulated years of service which he/she had immediately prior to the commencement of said leave.
