Conduct No Waiver. No waiver of default shall be effective unless in writing executed by the Agent and waiver of any default or forbearance on the part of the Agent in enforcing any of its rights under this Pledge Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of any other default or of the same default on a future occasion or of such right.
