CONDUCT OF ASSURANCE. When the Supplier has completed the Services in respect of a Milestone it shall submit any Deliverables relating to that Milestone for Assurance. Each party shall bear its own costs in respect of Assurance. However, if a Milestone is not Achieved the Customer shall be entitled to recover from the Supplier, any reasonable additional costs it may incur as a direct result of further review or further Assurance of a Milestone. If the Supplier successfully completes the Assurance requisite Tests, the Customer shall issue a Satisfaction Certificate as soon as reasonably practical following such successful completion. Notwithstanding the issuing of any Satisfaction Certificate, the Supplier shall remain solely responsible for ensuring that the Services are implemented in accordance with this Contract.
