Common use of Conduct of Vendor Personnel Clause in Contracts

Conduct of Vendor Personnel. While at the Prudential Service Locations, Vendor and Vendor Agents will comply with the requests, standard rules and regulations of Prudential regarding safety and health, personal and professional conduct generally applicable to such Prudential Service Locations, and otherwise conduct themselves in a businesslike manner.
