Project Staff. Contractor shall appoint to the Project Staff: (i) individuals with suitable training and skills to provide the Work, and (ii) sufficient staffing to adequately provide the Work. Contractor shall make commercially reasonable efforts consistent with sound business practices to honor the specific request of the JBE with regard to assignment of its employees. The JBE may require Contractor to remove any personnel from the Project Staff that interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors (including, without limitation, the Contractor Project Manager) upon providing to Contractor a reason (permitted by law) for such removal. Contractor may, with the JBE’s consent, continue to retain such member of the Project Staff in a role that does not interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or
Project Staff.
3.9.1 Contractor shall employ a complete and competent project staff for the duration of the Work, which shall include separate individuals designated to act as Superintendent, project manager, project engineer(s) and administrative assistant(s), plus such other persons necessary to diligently prosecute the Work. Contractor shall not replace the designated Superintendent or project manager without a minimum seven (7) Day written notice. Any Project staff member and any replacement member shall be subject to the approval of City, which may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion. Upon notice from City requesting replacement of any Project staff member who is unsatisfactory to City, Contractor shall in a timely manner, but in no event longer than three (3) Days after notification, replace such member with a competent member satisfactory to City. Failure by Contractor to comply with the provisions of this Paragraph shall entitle City, at its option exercised in its sole discretion, to terminate the Contract or suspend the Work until Contractor complies with this Paragraph. All costs or damages associated with such termination or suspension shall be borne by Contractor, without adjustment in the Contract Sum or Contract Time.
3.9.2 The Superintendent shall be at the Site at all times during the performance of the Work. The Superintendent shall represent Contractor and communications given to and acknowledged by the Superintendent shall be binding on Contractor. Further, communications issued by or received from the Superintendent shall be deemed as binding on Contractor. The Superintendent must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English.

Contractor may, with the Court’s consent, continue to retain such member of the Project Staff in a role that does not interact with any personnel of the Court or Court Contractors. The Contractor Project Manager and the Court Project Manager shall work together to mitigate any impact on the schedule as set forth in a Statement of Work caused by any replacement of a Project Staff member. Contractor shall be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with any Project Staff replacement. Contractor shall assure an orderly and prompt succession for any Project Staff member who is replaced.
Project Staff. The County has the right to reasonably reject staff or subcontractors whom the Contractor assigns to the Project. The Contractor must then provide replacement staff or subcontractors satisfactory to the County in a timely manner and at no additional cost to the County. The day-to-day supervision and control of the Contractor's employees and its subcontractors is the sole responsibility of the Contractor.
Project Staff. Vendor will appoint a sufficient number of individuals, with suitable training and skills to perform the Services. Vendor will provide Prudential with a list of all Vendor employees dedicated to the Project Staff at the end of every six (6) months following the Effective Date. Project Staff located at Prudential Service Locations may only provide services on such premises which support the operations of Prudential. Vendor will not, without Prudential's written approval, appoint as a member of the Project Staff, any former employee or contractor of Prudential or its Affiliates, except in the case of the Affected Employees.
Project Staff. Project Staff means staff as defined in Article 5 paragraph 2 item 1 who are employed for a definite period of time for science / art projects which are subsidised by third parties. Unless the sponsor provides otherwise Project Staff may, subject to their consent, also be asked to assist in courses and teach courses independently during their working time. For the working time of Project Staff allocated to job group C Article 30 (2) in conjunction with Article 32 (1) shall apply.
Project Staff. FW will, throughout the Contract Term, have the right of reasonable rejection and approval of staff or subcontractors assigned to the project by the Contractor. If FW reasonably rejects staff or subcontractors pursuant to this section, the Contractor must provide replacement staff or subcontractors satisfactory to FW in a timely manner and at no additional cost to FW. The day-to-day supervision and control of the Contractor's employees, and employees of any of its subcontractors, shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor.

Contractor may, with the Judicial Council’s consent, continue to retain such member of the Project Staff in a role that does not interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or Judicial Council Contractors. The Contractor Project Manager and the Judicial Council Project Manager shall work together to mitigate any impact on the schedule as set forth in a Statement of Work caused by any replacement of a Project Staff member. Contractor shall be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with any Project Staff replacement. Contractor shall assure an orderly and prompt succession for any Project Staff member who is replaced. If the Contract Amount is over $200,000 (excluding Consulting Services), then Contractor shall give priority consideration in filling vacancies in positions funded by this Agreement to qualified recipients of aid under Welfare and Institutions Code section 11200 in accordance with PCC 10353.
