Conducting Work. Supplier’s representatives who carry out work on Bosch’s (or its Associated Company’s) factory premises in fulfil- ment of the Contract / Orders must observe the respective plant regulations. Bosch shall not be liable for any acci- dents suffered by these persons on our factory premises, except to the extent caused by wilful or gross negligence by Bosch’s legal representatives or persons employed by Bosch in the performance of our obligations.

Conducting Work. Persons who carry out work on our factory premises in fulfilment of the contract must observe the respective plant regulations. The liability for accidents suffered by these persons on our factory premises is excluded except to the extent caused by wilful or gross negligent breach of duty by our legal representatives or persons employed in the performance of our obligations.
Conducting Work. 12.1 Any persons who carry out work on BOSCH premises pursuant to the contract shall observe the respective plant regulations, being the counterpart of BOSCH responsible for eventual non-compliance by its employees, legal representatives, consultants, service providers and subcontracted in general. BOSCH is not liable for the accidents suffered by these persons inside its factory premises except to the extent caused by willful or gross negligent breach of duty by BOSCH legal representatives or BOSCH collaborators.
Conducting Work. Persons who carry out work on the Purchaser’s premises in fulfillment of the contract must observe the respective Purchaser’s regulations. The liability for accidents suffered by these persons on the Purchaser’s premises is excluded except to the extent caused by willful or gross negligent breach of duty by the Purchaser’s legal representatives or persons employed in the performance of the Purchaser’s obligations.

  • Project Work PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE. Project locations are shown on Exhibit A unless otherwise described. PURCHASER shall furnish all material unless otherwise specified.

  • Development Work The Support Standards do not include development work either (i) on software not licensed from CentralSquare or (ii) development work for enhancements or features that are outside the documented functionality of the Solutions, except such work as may be specifically purchased and outlined in Exhibit 1. CentralSquare retains all Intellectual Property Rights in development work performed and Customer may request consulting and development work from CentralSquare as a separate billable service.

  • THE WORK The Work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor necessary to produce such construction, and all materials and equipment incorporated or to be incorporated in such construction.

  • Extra Work At any time during the Term of this Agreement, City may request that Consultant perform Extra Work. As used herein, “Extra Work” means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Project Work Plan The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from PEI and the Grantee.

  • Completion of the Work The Contractor must obtain Material Completion as defined in Section 6.1.2 below prior to any occupancy of the Project.

  • Contract Work Contract work means capital project work within existing plant facilities, major maintenance and/or revamp work, plant modifications and/or shutdown work, minor maintenance and/or repair work, breakdown maintenance.

  • Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection xxxxx; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. The installation referred to in item “c” includes, but is not limited to, offshore platforms, pipelines, Oil and Gas Treatment plants, equipment and facilities for measurement of the inspected Production, wellhead equipment, production pipes, flow lines, tanks, and other facilities exclusively intended for extraction, as well as oil and gas pipelines for Production Outflow and their respective compressor and pumping stations.

  • Outside Work All work necessary to the assembling, installation, erection, operation, maintenance, repair, control, in- spection and supervision of all electrical apparatus, devices, wires, cables, supports, insulators, conduc- tors, ducts and raceways when part of distributing systems outside of buildings, railroads and outside the directly related railroad property and yards. In- stalling and maintaining the catenary and trolley work on railroad property, and bonding of rails. All underground ducts and cables when they are in- stalled by and are part of the system of a distrib- uting company, except in power stations during new construction, including ducts and cables to adjacent switch racks or substations. All outdoor substations and electrical connections up to and including the setting of transformers and the connecting of the secondary buses thereto. Outside work to include renewable electrical energy sources such as solar photovoltaic, geothermal, wind, biomass, wave, etc., and other distributed en- ergy installations such as fuel cells, microturbines, etc.
