Conduit. The term “Conduit” refers to tubes or structures, usually underground or on bridges, containing one or more Ducts used to enclose cables, wires, and associated transmission equipment. As used in this Attachment, the term “Conduit” refers only to Conduit structures (including Ducts, Manholes and Handholes) and space within those structures and does not include (a) cables and other telecommunications equipment located within Conduit structures or (b) central office vaults, controlled environment vaults, and other AT&T structures (such as huts and cabinets) which branch off from or are connected to AT&T’s Conduit.
