Common use of Conduit Clause in Contracts

Conduit. A tube structure containing one or more Ducts or Innerducts used to house cables, that is owned by Verizon- Washington, DC and with respect to which Verizon- Washington, DC has the right to authorize the occupancy of Licensee’s Facilities.
