Conference Committee. The purpose of the Conference Committee shall be to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ improved communications between the Employer and the nursing staff and to assist with personnel and other mutual problems. The function of the committee shall be limited to an advisory rather than a decision-making capacity. The committee shall be established on a permanent basis and shall consist of three (3) representatives of the Employer and two (2) representatives of the nurses, as well as the WSNA Nurse Representative or designee. Upon request of the Employer or WSNA, the conference committee will convene as soon as possible following the request.
