Conference Decision Sample Clauses

Conference Decision. The Superintendent/Designee shall render a written decision within five (5) workdays after the conference. A copy of the decision shall be sent to the Union. If the employee is not satisfied with the Superintendent/Designee decision, the employee may notify the District in writing within five (5) workdays after service of the decision that he/she wishes to proceed with the formal hearing.
