Conferences and Meetings. A. Pay for Mutually Scheduled Meetings When members of the bargaining unit are mutually scheduled by the Emergency Manager or his/her designated representative and the President of the Union to participate during work hours in conferences, meetings, or in negotiations, respecting this Agreement, they shall suffer no loss in pay.
