Equipment Utilization. ALCON DTS will periodically asses equipment utilization and make necessary configuration adjustments to maintain network operation according to industry best practices. If additional equipment or upgrades to equipment are necessary, this will be communicated to client including any costs. asses any necessary changes, install or reposition existing equipment and have periodic review meetings with client staff. The on-site support is available Monday thru Friday between 8am and 5pm.
