Common use of Confidential Disclosures Clause in Contracts

Confidential Disclosures. The Parties agree that any Property to be treated as confidential information under this Article 10 must be disclosed in writing or in another tangible medium and must be clearly marked “CONFIDENTIAL” or the like. Property disclosed orally or visually that the Disclosing Party desires to keep confidential must be summarized and reduced to writing and communicated to the Receiving Party within thirty (30) days of such disclosure.
