"Confidential Information" is information concerning the Company which the Company attempts to keep confidential, has not been publicly disclosed by the Company, is not a matter of common knowledge in the airline industry, and was not known by Executive prior to his employment by the Company, including certain information relating to the business plans, marketing plans or programs, forecasts, statistics relating to routes and markets, contracts, customers, compensation arrangements, and business opportunities.
