Employment Inquiries. You understand that, in the event Avon receives any inquiries from prospective employers, it shall be the policy of Avon to respond by advising that Avon's policy is to provide information only as to service dates and positions held.
Employment Inquiries. In keeping with our standard policies, Nelnet will answer external employment-related inquiries by indicating only the position(s) held by you, your dates of employment, your responsibilities, and a confirmation of your last salary. Please direct all such inquiries to Nelnet’s People Services department. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in consideration of the provisions of this agreement, as an exception to our usual approach, and upon your specific request to Xxxx Xxxx or his successor as Executive Director of People Services, Nelnet will provide a favorable employment reference on your behalf.
Employment Inquiries. Employee shall direct all requests and inquiries concerning Employee’s possible employment by prospective employers to the HR Service Center at 0-000-000-0000 which will comply with the Company’s neutral reference policy.
Employment Inquiries. Following the Termination Date, if the Company --------------------- receives an inquiry as to the former employment of the Employee, the Company shall only release the Employee's name and title, beginning and end date of employment, and confirm a salary if the inquiring party supplies a salary figure and the Employee consents in writing to release of such salary information. Following the Termination Date, the Company will maintain and provide access to the Employee's current voicemail and e-mail for a period of 60 days.
Employment Inquiries. To the extent Xxxxxx wishes to have prospective employers or others verify his former employment with the PFSI, Xxxxxx agrees to direct all such inquiries to "The Work Number" at 0-000-000-0000 (0-000-000-0000 for TTY if hearing impaired). In such situations, "The Work Number" shall only provide dates of employment and job titles. "The Work Number" shall be the sole and exclusive mechanism and means by which to verify Xxxxxx's former employment with the PFSI. The PennyMac Entities and the PennyMac Released Parties shall not be liable or responsible for any inquiry directed to any source, person or location other than "The Work Number."
Employment Inquiries. Laredo’s or the Released Parties’ refusal or failure to respond to future inquiries concerning your employment with Laredo shall not be the basis of any claim by you against Laredo or the Released Parties.
Employment Inquiries. Should Castle receive any inquiry concerning the employment by Castle of Employee, then Castle will provide solely a standard, neutral response to employment inquiries providing only confirmation of prior employment, with dates of employment, last position held and base salary, if requested.
Employment Inquiries. In the event of any inquiry from prospective employers regarding Ropeter’s employment with the Board, the dates of her employment and salary history will be released by the authorized designee of the Board, along with copy of the letter attached a Exhibit B.
Employment Inquiries. Holdings and the Company whenever possible shall refer all inquiries from potential future employers regarding the Employee to the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. The Company shall not respond to any inquiries that are not in proper written form, unless specifically requested by the Employee in writing, and shall only confirm the Employee’s dates of employment and positions with the Company and Holdings and that the Employee resigned from such positions.
Employment Inquiries. You understand that, in the event that Xxx Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (or her designee or anyone else serving as the Company’s Chief Human Resources Officer) receives any inquiries concerning you from prospective employers, the Company shall respond by providing your service dates and position held, and advising that it is the Company’s policy to provide information only as to service dates and positions held.
