Employment Inquiries. You understand that, in the event Avon receives any inquiries from prospective employers, it shall be the policy of Avon to respond by advising that Avon's policy is to provide information only as to service dates and positions held.

In keeping with our standard policies, Nelnet will answer external employment-related inquiries by indicating only the position(s) held by you, your dates of employment, your responsibilities, and a confirmation of your last salary. Please direct all such inquiries to Nelnet’s People Services department. "The Work Number" shall be the sole and exclusive mechanism and means by which to verify Xxxxxx's former employment with the PFSI.
