Common use of Confidential Support Services Clause in Contracts

Confidential Support Services. The Medical Center shall facilitate the Physician-in-Training’s access to appropriate and confidential counseling, medical, and psychological support services in accordance with the provisions of the “Physician-in- Training Well-Being and Counseling Services Policy,” a copy of which is attached to this Agreement as Attachment ”L” and incorporated by this reference. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement or the provisions of Attachment “L,” the Program Director and the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs shall have the right to require the Physician-in-Training to participate in the Physician-in-Training Well-Being and Counseling Services as a condition to the Medical Center’s continued obligations pursuant to this Agreement.
