Confidentiality and Ownership. 17.1 Ownership of all inventions, improvements, designs, creations, developments any other intellectual property relating to or deriving from any of the work performed by the Employee pursuant to this Agreement shall be the property of the Employer and/or the relevant Client of the Employer and the Employee acknowledges that it has no rights in relation to such property.
