Confidentiality and Use of Information. 19.1 Any non-public information exchanged between the parties will be treated as confidential and used by the recipient only in accordance with applicable laws and this MOU. Except as otherwise required or permitted by law, the information so exchanged shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior consent of the party providing the information.
