Confidentiality (Art. 18) The service provider and its employees are bound by a duty of reserve concerning the information which comes to their knowledge during performance of this public contract. This information may not under any circumstances be communicated to third parties without the written consent of the contracting authority. The service provider may, nevertheless, list this contract as a reference, provided that the status is correctly indicated (e.g. ‘in performance’) and that the contracting authority has not withdrawn this consent due to poor contract performance.
